1. Acceptance

By using PeachTools (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

PeachTools provides browser-based developer utilities. Free tools are designed to process inputs on your device. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

3. No warranty

Tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Outputs (including decoded tokens, generated types, or parsed schedules) may contain errors. Always verify critical results before using them in production systems.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service infrastructure.
• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades availability for others.
• Do not use tools to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

PeachTools branding, site design, and original content are owned by PeachTools. You retain ownership of data you paste into tools. You may not copy the Service for commercial redistribution without permission.

6. Paid features

PeachTools Pro features may be offered under separate pricing. Paid subscriptions are billed by our payment provider. Waitlist signup does not create a paid obligation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeachTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
